We will be performing a major database server upgrade to improve performance and security. During this time, you may experience service interruptions, slow response times, or complete unavailability of our platform.
What to expect:
- In-store experiences that are already running should remain online and largely operational
- Payment methods that do not redirect to a QR code may be unavailable
- Sessions may not be recorded in our Cloudshelf Manager Dashboard
- Product catalogue ingestion will be paused for the duration of the maintenance
- Slower than usual response times
- Small windows of platform instability
Why are we doing this:
In order to continue offering a fast and secure service, we have to upgrade internal services from time to time.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our infrastructure.
